This happens after mobile charging stuck at 100%

One of my mobile of Realme brand of GT master edition four days ago while charging it charging got stuck at 88%. I tried to charge with another charger but my mobile refuse to charge above the 88% mark.

As my mobile refused to charged from the mobile charger I decided to charge my mobile from my 12^th generation laptop using C type port and within 5 minutes my mobile is fully charged and showing 100% charged.

The next morning after seeing my mobile showing 100% fully charged I am a little bit surprised. After 24 hours of charging and using my mobile to surf all the social media platform my mobile battery still showing 100% charged. Again the next morning I checked my mobile it is again showing 100% fully charged and so I decided to recharge my mobile to see if the percentage is correct or falsely displayed on my mobile. The mobile refused to charge and showing fully charged. Finding no option I check on google and found that sometimes some mobile battery get stuck at 100% charged but it is falsely displayed and power is to get off without showing any percentage of discharge. So I decided to write an email to Realme service asking for help.

As my mobile was stuck at showing battery 100% charged for the last 2 & half days (60 hours) I sent an email to Realme service asking for help. You can see in this email what type of support Realme provides.

You can see in this email what type of support Realme provides. Today morning I found my mobile showing 99% battery left and slowly decreasing. I have recorded on my mobile in which there is a Phone Manager in which it shows the battery graph at what speed the battery discharges. It shows for the last 24 hours discharging of battery is nil but it does not display for the last 48 hours. How is it possible after using internet surfing for hours discharging of battery is 0%. I use to transfer the data from my mobile to my laptop using usb and that is why charging is shown but if you look at the graph below discharging and charging of battery will be shown as waves.

Used since last full charge is shown as 3hours 29minutes but actually it is showing the time during which I transfer data to my laptop using cable. Below graph it is clearly shown no charging down and discharging of battery is 0% during the last 24 hours

I use to transfer the data from my mobile to my laptop using usb and that is why charging is shown fully charged 2 minutes ago but if you look at the graph below discharging and charging of battery will be shown as waves. No charging done hence a straight wave is shown.

Now it is approximately 60-70 hours since I last charged my mobile battery and still showing 79% battery left. This is really something I am finding hard to believe how the battery life has increased after using it for 11 months. But yesterday after the battery discharging started I can charge my mobile. If any of you have any idea why my mobile battery life has increased more than double it use to provide early please leave your comment.

UPDATE on 27.10.2022 - my mobile still showing 69% battery left after 100 hours of last recharge. Reached Realme service centre at 11:AM & showed my mobile and in reply they told me that it is a software bug and my mobile should be formatted and new software should be installed which will take around 3 hours. As my mobile is still under warranty till December 2022 I refuse to format my mobile and want to see what happens during the coming month of November 2022. By the way if it is a software bug my mobile is getting/absorbing power from what source for the last 100 hours as I have last charged my mobile on Sunday i..e. on 23.10.2022 and today is 27.10.2022. If it continues like this till Saturday then with a single charge my mobile is giving backup for one week after using internet, wifi and surfing all the social media sites. I think this kind of bug should be installed in every mobile if battery back up can be increased by 4-5 times. Will keep on updating as time goes by.

Update: Tonight at 9:00 P.M. on 27.10.2022 my mobile battery charging drops to 18% after 129 hours of single charge. So I decided to charge it and on reaching 76% charging stopped & refuse to cross the 76% mark. Again I started charging using C type port from my Laptop & within 5 minutes it displayed full charged. When I checked the built in Phone manager the software bug is caught.
